Return Policy

For any reason, customers may return items purchased on baccodelmonte.com within 30 days of receiving the goods.
Baccodelmonte.com does not offer an exchange service; items can only be returned, and a new order must be placed online.

RETURN PROCEDURE
Please note that we do not handle exchanges — only returns and refunds.
It is important that the package is properly packed to prevent damage during transport.
If you cannot reuse the original packaging, you can contact us, and we will arrange the pickup to ensure the goods are correctly placed inside, along with the shipping document in the designated external pocket.
If the request is accepted, the customer will receive a return authorization email with instructions to follow.
If the request is denied, the customer is not authorized to return the goods.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
All products must be returned in the same condition as originally sent, including labels, tags, packaging, certificates of authenticity, and any free promotional items (if applicable).
Damaged or altered returns will not be accepted.

ONCE THE RETURN HAS ARRIVED AT OUR WAREHOUSE:
All products must be in perfect condition and meet our quality standards.
Returns will not be accepted for items damaged during transport, customized items, sealed items that are not suitable for return for hygiene or health reasons once opened, or items purchased outside baccodelmonte.com.
To ensure proper protection during transport, items must be shipped in their original packaging. We also recommend using an additional box or protective outer wrapping to provide extra safety during shipping.
Upon arrival at the warehouse, the product will be inspected. If the goods show defects attributable to baccodelmonte.com, a full refund will be issued.
If the goods show defects attributable to the customer, the refund will be calculated based on the extent of the damage.
Shipping costs for non-compliant goods are the responsibility of the customer.
If the product meets the return requirements, the customer will receive a refund for the returned items within 14 days from the date the right of return was exercised, credited back to the original payment method used.

Baccodelmonte.com reserves the right to withhold the refund amount until the returned products have been received.
Depending on the bank, refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear on the customer’s account statement.
