THE PRODUCTS

MONTEPRIMO
IGT Toscana – 100% Pinot Noir
Training system: Guyot, according to the Simonit & Sirch method
Vineyard area: 2 hectares
First vintage: 2019

Harvest, vinification and refinement:
Harvesting is done exclusively by hand. After destemming, a portion of the grapes (about 20%) is vinified whole bunch to preserve freshness and aromatic complexity.
Alcoholic fermentation occurs spontaneously, followed by a period of aging in French oak barriques. The wine is unfiltered and bottled directly at the cellar.

For the closure, we use single-piece natural cork stoppers, selected and analyzed with an electronic nose to guarantee maximum purity.

The aim is to express the essence of Tuscan Pinot Noir while minimizing any winemaking intervention, fully respecting the grapes and the terroir.

TORRE DI PONENTE
IGT Toscana – 100% Pinot Noir
Training system: Guyot, Simonit & Sirch method
Vineyard area: 2 hectares
First vintage: 2021

Harvest, vinification and refinement
The harvest is done manually. After harvest, the grapes are destemmed and fermented in stainless steel. The wine then ages in the same material until bottling, without any filtration.

Bottling takes place directly in the cellar, using agglomerated cork stoppers.

Torre di Ponente is a fresh and immediate Pinot Noir, also ideal served slightly chilled during the summer months.

JEMINI
Training system: Cordon spur and Guyot
Vineyard area: 2 hectares
First vintage on the market: 2022
Harvest date: August 14
Vine age: up to 40 years

Harvest, vinification, and aging
The harvest is carried out manually. The Pinot Noir grapes are pressed using a hydraulic press, and only the first juice — with its more golden hue — is used for this wine. The second pressing is instead destined for the production of Anjelicum rosé.

The wine matures in stainless steel until March of the year following the harvest.
No capsule is used, in line with the winery’s essential and sustainable production philosophy.

An intriguing white wine, created to break conventions and express a free, contemporary interpretation of the territory.
